I'm a Finance expert with long records of achivements and improvements. I usually get assigned to temporary missions, mainly in Finance departments or audit as contractor through a ltd company.
I started 14 years ago working as AP processor and I've finished last mission as a Project manager on a 300 million Euro merging project that has been successfully achieved, allowing immediate tax saving of 2.7 million Euro.
I'm now working on a convergence project on the French entities within Thomson Reuters Group. That implies the standardizisation of all Chart of accounts, implement SAP statutory ledger in SAP for 3 big entities (>400M€ inc.) coming from a manual process and prepare the merging of 3 entities in one.
As many assignments I'd applied for required to go through a Limited company, I decided to create mine.
Now, I'm management consultant via this structure.

Merging of the reporting systems form January to April 2011.
2009 - 2010Ensure that the merging of the 2 main French entities goes well and doesn't predate the nornal closing process.
Mission successfully achieved.
2008 - 2009French Finance Manager.
After 3 previous people at the same position within 6 month, I had to stabilize the situation and setup an efficient working environment.
I've left after 18 month in order to move in a project management role within the same company.
