Coordinated Practical Problem Solving (PPS) through 5 WHYS daily slots animation with operational teams. Identified blocking points/missing inputs that could impact deliveries of drawings. I ensured the alignment between Airbus & Labinal on drawing/checks rules. Formalised and communicated best practices.
