Guy Roger N'ZI

My duties mainly included the assessment of agricultural projects before addressing them to the Common Fund for Commodities. I also assisted in the preparation of congresses with International Commodity Organizations such as the summit of the International Cocoa Organisation that took place in Geneva, Switzerland. Prior to that I worked on the conference of the International Grain Council in London where representatives of all country members participated along with the World Trade Organization and other regulators. In addition to that I conducted research on the Coffee price fluctuations under the Chief Economist supervision.

My role includes the monitoring of orderings and deliveries of goods. Dealing and interacting with customers while ensuring that the service is run smoothly and through coordinated working procedures. Delivering weekly feedbacks on the overall section’ stock flow and providing training and support to new and less experienced recruits. Over the years at the Mango Tree, I have always been selected to represent the restaurant at various catering events. Some of these major events were: Taste of London, Taste of Malaysia, Thailand in Trafalgar Square, Toast.
