• Loading relevant vacancies onto multiple job boards, currently under contract with GSK, either manually or via an online job distributor.
• Ensuring the correct GSK branding and key information is featured.
• Searching CV databases for relevant candidate skill sets, using software and Internet searching technology.
• Collating and submitting CVs to the GSK team.
• Recording information onto relevant databases
• Recording and reporting costs and volumes of each vacancy posting for each site on a monthly basis
• Management of the Hudson relationship and contract with GSK, adhering to the agreed SLA to ensure an accurate and cost effective service.
• Dealing with the core GSK team and assisting with their advertising requirements.

• Actively support and play an important part in the business development of Hudson’s international accounts.
