Current job in the company :

Since 2001 ACCO France (140 employees, 70M€) Network and Systems Administrator for 4 sites in France and Spain with 2 main missions:

Project Manager:

2007 : In charge of finding a solution to extend the office in Madrid
o Budget: approx. 10 000€
o Validation of the needs and costs with the suppliers and the head management
o Definition of an appropriate solution
2006/2007 : In charge of moving the Parisian offices to a new location
o Budget : approx. 60 000€
o Validation of the needs, specifications and costs with the suppliers
o Planning and scheduling tasks using Open Workbench software
o Adaptation from a building with multiple closed offices to a single open space building

2006 : In charge of implementing 3 ITIL processes (ITIL: Information Technology Infrastructure Library)
o Internal validation of the requirements with the IT management
o Open source tool used for configuration management (OCS Inventory) and internal PHP development of a helpdesk software (now using Magic for all ACCO Brands entities)
o Problem management developed using hard drives images and spare hardware to help determine the root causes of the problems

2005/2006 : In charge of implementing a Customer Relationship Management software for the commercial members (SugarCRM)
o Validation of the requirements with the management and the end users
o Installation and configuration of SugarCRM (free, open source)

Sites manager:

• In charge of the French and Spanish sites (Paris, Dijon, Barcelona & Madrid)
• Server administration/configuration (Windows NT/2000/2003)
• Administration of Microsoft Exchange Server 5.5/2003
• Network administration (HP TopTools, Sniffer Pro, Cisco router configuration)
• ERP BAAN administration, helpdesk level 1
• Security management (McAfee ePolicy Orchestrator & WSUS)
• Backup tapes management (Arcserve and Backup Exec)
• Remote access management (firewall checkpoint)
• Help Desk level 1, 2 and 3 for end users’ troubleshoots (software and hardware)
• Active Directory migration, 110 users (2005)
• Training courses for end users in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, Cognos Powerplay (2002 – 2007)
