• Strategy management: Implementation of the team business plan, translating strategic input into practical projects

• Draft of new T&Cs (liaising with all areas in the business to understand requirements, managing the legal work & scoping operational & business impact)
• Novation of T&Cs for back book merchants (250000 merchants): facilitating categorisation, scoping, design of approaches & due diligence exercises
• Roll out of T&Cs for new merchants: training & communication to staff impacted, development of TS application & operational processes to support the change)
2010 - 2010Workstreams lead in an M&A environment - £2 billion sale of the global merchant services business: delivery of key components of the Ship programme separation work (novation of supplier contracts, transfer of legal documentation, white label of policies)

Support of an internal reorganisation at EDF, French electricity leader:
• Project management: organisation of meetings with main project stakeholders to settle new processes and operational implementation ways; risks identification and treatment; central link between stakeholders (information transfer and reports); etc.

• Communication and training for the new structure implementation: creation of communication supports; event organisation; training.
