Define, develop, and implement EMEA advertising and direct marketing campaigns.
Manage the advertising budget including ROI responsibility.
Responsible for EMEA Competitive intelligence, market intelligence and customer insight.
Responsible for EMEA offer management (value proposition, service levels, shipping and payment options).
Work closely with the US advertising and web teams to co-ordinate campaign creative needs.
Manage a team of functional specialists to co-ordinate and execute direct marketing campaigns.

Responsible for group resourcing and recruitment, goal setting and attainment within the EMEA e-com demand gen group.
Spearhead European expansion strategy - including management of FR site localisation & demand gen campaign co-ordination.

2005 - 2009Accountable for the effective planning and hands-on implementation of commercial marketing communications activities including advertising planning and buying, affiliate programme management and optimization, database marketing and promotions management. Also accountable for co-ordinating the channel marketing programme.
