• Advising on a variety of IT matters ranging from traditional outsourcing arrangements to iPhone application development agreements.
• Drafting and negotiating outsourcing agreements, including various pension administration and consultancy agreements.
• Dealing with regulatory matters, including cross border data protection compliance. Currently managing a data protection/privacy compliance project for a world leading media company involving around 45 jurisdictions with daily contacts with the firm's foreign offices and partners firms.
• Regularly providing ad hoc advice to pensions and employment teams with queries varying from expression of wish forms to management of aggrieved employees’ or members’ data subject access requests.
