• Responsible for the hospitality and VIP side of the event
• Manage a team of over 40 volunteers
• Manage international athletes including part of the Team GB squad for Rowing, Hockey, Kayak and Athletics: plan schedule, coordinate attachés team in order to maintain timing with different schedules
• Coordinate the media team, set up media centre, liaise with media such as Sail TV, Sky Sports and Sports Beats
• Liaise with the ceremony team to deliver VIP and Media objectives.
