2007 - 2010• Responsible of the preparation of year end & quarterly service charge accounts for one of the main client (Threadneedle) in accordance with the terms of the lease and ensuring all balancing charges raised within client’s timescale, whether certified or audited.
• Supervising the Property Accounts Administrator, making sure rent & service charge demands are produced on time, tenancy data is correctly input and invoices are correctly coded (landlord void, tenant recharges, service charges).
• Liaising with property surveyors Re: Budget v Actual expenditures, tenancy queries etc.
• Responsible of daily valuation accounts (net asset value) and year end preparation for Thames River. Making sure all casho flow are correcly accounted for (capital expenditures vs. P&L expenditures etc).
• Making sure all certification fees & management fees are raised.
• Assist Financial Controller in preparing quarterly & yearend company accounts.
• Ensuring continuous controls & processes improvements.
2006 - 2007• Assisting the finance team with the intercompany reconciliations and raising the related manual invoices and credits

2004 - 2006Position: Audit Assistant (18 months)
• Assisting the in charge with the audit of a wide range of companies in the industrial sector
• Attached to the German audit desk primarily auditing German companies with UK subsidiaries
• Clients included Thyssen Krupp - Sandvik - Bertellsmann - Siemens VDO etc
• Auditing a wide range of financial processes and controls including:
- Fixed Asset Register – Depreciation, Disposals etc
- Cash- Full check of reconciliations
- Purchase, Sales, Nominal and Debtors Ledgers – Review of reconciliations and processes.

Position: Transaction Services Assistant (6 months)
• Involved with the British Petroleum project to merge two key business activities into one entity and launch onto the Leverage Buy Out market. The merged company was marketed under the name Innovene which has subsequently been bought by the Ineos Group for $9 billion in 2005
• Involved with the team tasked to merge the two activities financial records into one set of financial records that accurately reflected the financial position of the newly created entity
• Dealing with the constant changing parameters caused by the complexity of such a high level merger
• Producing analytical reviews of fiscal position of both companies on Excel
