• First point of contact for firm wide occupancy data including space allocations within the region, documentation and training

• Monitor, collate, analyse and forecast headcount data and growth statistics to support space forecast assumptions and assess Real Estate requirements on behalf of senior management

• Involved in IT system upgrades,

• Management of over 25 Person Tracker System (PTS) monitors within Europe and the Middle East, including; maintaining, monitoring and insuring the integrity of data held on PTS,

• Research new initiatives to be implemented (i.e. Sustainability options within Corporate Real Estate & hot-desking solutions)

• In charge of establishing the department’s website pages on the firm’s intranet.
