2009 - 2010-Draft and published job offers online, selected resume and drove interviews through Taleo to meet the company’s need in Human resources.
-Dealt with Octime software to guarantee accurate time management, salaries, daily tasks and other company advantages.
-Developed and globalized the integration processes in the Paris headquarter as a pilot to be developed in Coty worldwide.
-Responsible for setting new communication tools following market studies on social networks such as Facebook & Jobteaser to increase company visibility on the Internet.
-Organized Coty HEC day and participated to student forums to attract young talents and to promote the company externally.
-Created new recruitment training sessions for managers at Coty to improve candidate analysis during interviews.
-Coordinated and participated to the creation of a pre-election process to drive the labour delegate and corporate council elections.
2009 - 2009-Analyzed human resources needs with clients approached by phoning and direct contact to elaborate job descriptions and job offer to be published on the Internet or sourced within internal databases.
-Selected, answered and interviewed accurately all potential candidates before proposing them to clients (phone & individual interviews, feed back on candidates, presentation of candidates to clients)
-Followed the selected candidates sent to clients, if recruited or not to improve further missions
2008 - 2008Objective : find a place in a company for students school course combined with work experience
-Evaluated the company needs in partnership with the ANPE, job-board to publish job offers
-Set up written tests for knowledges about professionnal contracts.
-Interviewed and followed candidates through organizing meetings candidate/ recruiter.
