I was in charge of one of the biggest European 'IT services and business consultancy company' business account. I am as well an ERP Recruitment Consultant responsible for the Benelux market.
My job consisted in:
- Market intelligence to maintain my account and develop new markets in the whole Europe. I'm specialised within Benelux market and French consultancies market whatever the technology (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft, ...)
- Registering Xtra IT ressources on the Preferred Suppliers List (PSL) of prestigious companies
- Identifying potential needs in freelance consultants of ERP End-Users from various Industry Sectors in their IT activities and projects
- Qualifying ERP consultants mainly for all SAP and Oracle scope.
- Maintaining and expand the consultant DataBase depending the market.
- The sale and negociation of contractors for Millions£ ERP Projects.
- Dealing with Consultancies and Blue Chips companies, mainly on the Western European market.
- I've also been involved in the recruitment and training of internal staff.

I was a Sales Support Consultant. I was supporting the Recruitment team and involved in the recruitment process for big ERP Projects in the entire Europe.
My job was consisting in:
- Qualifying ERP consultants mainly for all SAP and Oracle scope
- Maintain and extend the DataBase for the French and Benelux Market as well as for Java and Oracle technologies.
- Market intelligence to open new markets. I was specialised within Oracle Market. Expanding the market in the whole Europe, including Russia, Eastern Europe, Southern Europe, Scandinavia.

TNT Express was working on his ISO norms. I had been involved in a team to work on the quality process regarding the delivery. The project was managing following the Six Sigma method. I had been involved in a large and various part of the project.
My job was consisting in:
- Working on the quality procedures following the Six Sigma method.
- Analysing customer feed-backs about delay, dissatisfaction.
- Doing pre-audit in delivery process.
- Analysing failure in process reasons.
- Creating documents review.
- Analysing costs due to losses and damages.
- Redacting the new supplying process for national transport.

I had been involved in the Marketing Information System Team. I worked on DataMining tools, development, analysis and Customer Relationship Management.
My job was consisting in:
- Assisting the marketing project manager on advertising campaigns. Qualifying potential customers, selecting customers to advert, analysing project feed-backs including TurnOver, ROI, Average Buying Behaviour.
- Doing deep market analysis for the launching of new retail shops and of brand new products for prestigious customers like Gucci, Dior, Chanel.
- Maintain, check and clean the customers DataBase.
I developed as well tools to automate repetitive procedures in the marketing project process:
- The daily cleaning of our DataWarehouse. I developed an automatised procedure of checking.
- One for market analysis. I automated analysis project reports for a part of the process.

Point Assos was a succesfull company in promotions industry. I was in charge of a promotion project for our client. It was a project ordered by all Toulouse Universities in association with the mayor and the city of Toulouse.
My job was consisting in:
- Managing a team of 7 people during the project
- Planing all stages of the process through Ms Project tool.
- Estimating Costs, Incomes, ROI.
- Fellowing team's work.
- Developing project management tools suitable to the company size and financial means through OpenSource Software, Acces.
- Dealing with public agencies for planing security, authorisations, finding funds.

Casino Group was launching a brand new branch of discount supermarkets called “Geant Discount” to compete with discounter leaders as LeaderPrice, Ed, Spar. I've been involved in a team, supporting directly the marketing project manager in the aim of doing the installation of the line of goods discount. Casino Group was running the project in France and in Poland.
My Job was consisting in:
- Analysis of the competitors in the discounter market considering fitting, price, conditioning.
- Focusing on the sector of “Fresh and Industrial” Products
- Planing project stages.
- Doing deep market analysis in term of behaviour impact, TurnOver, ROI, Average Buying Behaviour.
- Producing weekly reporting to the Project Manager.
- Establishing the new range of price.
- Development of the new range of discount products.
