Fan of music, my life is dedicated to it, its reproduction by all kind of loudspeaker systems and its propagation in air throught the science of acoustics.
I have achieve it throught my educational background blended with theoretical knowledges on acoustics and different kind of transductions. Hence, I have studied and put into practice the classical electro-dynamics transduction, the transduction with electric fields (electro static transduction) and the less used one: with ionised gas, called ionic transduction.
My goals is to develop my skills and to use them in an audio company in order to design the best product as possible.
I started it working in Zhongshan Eurotec Electronics (Behringer holding) as team leader and further more as assistant manager of the speaker design team and leading the implementation of the loudspeaker system group in close colaboration with the Conception group in Germany.
During this time I have been involved in the design and development of speakers used in the B212A and B215A models, among the hotest salers on the company.
At last I have been involved in the whole design of product like B1030A and started the forthcoming B1031A and B1800D-PRO and B1500D-PRO subwoofers.
This is now going on at Hosiden Besson Ltd where I am involved in other audio products such as headsets, headphones and ANC systems.
Experienced and interested in going on with international work experiences, I am willing to go to where ever my passion for the sound could lead me. My communication skills and friendship behavior allow me to adapt myself to my new environment quiet easilly.
I am in charge of designing and developping acoustics products and accessories such as microphones, Headsets and ANC systems.
I have already been involved in the following projects:
- Conversor Microphone: full design.
- Motorola Mobile DVR Microphone.
- Qualcomm ANC headset: design improvements to cancel crosstalk, improve sound reproduction (20dB gain in LF).
- Nissan Renault car microphone: improvement of the pass ratio on production lines (failure rate drop from 5% to less than 2%).
2009 - 2009I have been in charge of setting up the Evaluation team in charge of the eveluation of loudspeaker system at all stage of the development.
Below are some of the key functions I fulfill:
? Define and startedd to setup this new team (Organization, workflows, handbook, recruitment, definition and implementation of measurements methods and standards).
? Acoustical systems (loudspeaker systems) evaluation and re-design at all stages of development.
? Verification of vented loudspeaker systems alignment.
? Defined modifications (box, vent, amplifier and speaker) to bring for improving the loudspeaker system.
? Designed of an anechoic chamber for acoustical measurement.
? Designed improvement of the listening room.
I have been involved in the design of loudspeaker systems (speakers and amplifier) such as B1030A (available), B1031A, B1800D-PRO, B1500D-PRO (still under development)
2008 - 2009After my probation period I have taken the lead of the speaker team as assistant manager.
I left the design side for the approval one and went on defining, organising more deeply the work of the team in relation with other departments as well as the implementation of test standards.
2008 - 2008Started in Behringer company as senior Acoustic engineer in the speaker team.
The speaker team is in charge of the design of all speakers for Behringer (Loudspeaker systems, piano, guitar amplifiers).
I was invloved in the design of speakers for B212A, B215A models.

2002 - 2002Theoretical and experimental studies on electrostatic loudspeakers.
• Optimized geometrical parameters of planar electroacoustic transducer with electric field.
• Validation of the results by measurements using MLSSA system.
• Accomplished theoretical study of tweeter push pull with a hyperbolic divergent waveguide.
2000 - 2001• Designed, developed and performed measurement bench for the quality control of loudspeakers. Developed and implemented quality control measurement processes with CLIO software. Programmed the measurements. Tested processes and edited instruction manual.
• Contributed to the development of spatial measurement bench for loudspeakers in an anechoic chamber. Developed, implemented and programmed the spatial measurements with SoundLab software. Prepared database and its exportation for the use in three dimensional simulations for room acoustics using EASE software.
