Initially employed as a Principle consultant to generate business from scratch and organically build an I.T Division with the company.
Currently dealing in various I.T focused sectors and predominantly recruiting IT professionals into EU Government institutions, often in Mission Critical System Governmental environments such as European Central Bank in Frankfurt, European Commission in Brussels and European Parliament in Luxembourg
Designed, Implemented and Managed an on-site 12 Month Recruitment Solution for a Blue Chip I.T Service Provider based in Brussels – Predominantly tasked with recruiting a large number of multi-lingual Infrastructure Support professionals to fulfil the requirement of the European Commission framework agreement.
I was also tasked with building a future pipeline of talent which involved creating partnerships with Universities and Private I.T Colleges to ensure my client was well placed to attract the very best graduates.
As an addition to the original Managed agreement I was also tasked with improving the existing bid process - I would provide the very best candidate CV’s tailored specifically to accompany the Bid, whilst also providing up to date salary information to ensure each section of the bid could be priced with extreme accuracy.
Along with this “core” work, my "professional hobby" is to continue recruiting within the Digital Marketing arena and I work closely with a number of leading London based, Design / On-line Marketing Agencies, placing Technical, Analytical and client facing personnel.

2004 - 2007

I was the first staff member of a start up consultancy that eventually went on to specialise in the fields of IT, New Media, Sales and Automotive Recruitment.
My personal strengths lay in Permanent I.T Recruitment, predominately within the Development Sectors, dealing with such skills as Java and other Java applications, C++, C#, .Net technologies etc.
Through these skills I have also developed good knowledge of the Mobile Content Delivery Market.
Upon expansion I took on the role of Team Leader, I Recruited and directly managed a small team of consultants, developing them within their specialised markets.
Working with Trainee Recruiters I Installed advanced levels of both product and market knowledge in order to give them the edge when speaking with both clients and candidates.
Negotiated various Managed Agent Recruitment Contracts with Small to Medium Start-Up clients.
Dealt with Online JobBoards and Media Advertising Campaigns, Merging campaigns between clients to increase vacancy exposure, therefore offering huge levels of vacancy coverage to attract the very best candidates whilst still managing to reduce overall recruitment costs.

Responsible for the performance and development of the recruitment branch of Holron Consulting Ltd.
Reporting to the Managing Director and leading a small team of researchers and sales staff, with the aim of building a section of the business to attract managed agent recruitment contracts from large blue chip and corporate clients.
Responsible for all aspects of the recruitment business from the initial concept and market research to staff employment and day to day business issues, with the aim of building a solid business platform for expansion in 2004.
Along with the responsibilities above, the continuation of personal business was essential to ensure a flow of income. Concentrating on permanent roles predominantly in IT and Sales, while also moving into the Motor Trade to exploit a massive demand for Technician’s and service staff.

1997 - 2002

Successfully built up a strong client base from scratch, to supply top quality staff within the IT contract market.
ASA Ltd was predominantly a contract agency at the time, however I quickly adapted to the Permanent market and was shortly averaging 30-50k in placement fees per month.
On this basis a position of sales manager was created and I was asked to build a Permanent recruitment division for the company
This was done from scratch with a budget for 5 staff members, I grew this team to 20 strong with six months with the introduction into the company of non salaried – High commission consultants, which at the time was unheard of in the recruitment market, (however the idea has since been duplicated by an ever increasing amount of companies).
I was fully responsible for all staff coaching and development, promoting business ownership and personal accountability.
Constantly looking to seek, attract, reward and retain outstanding individuals to ensure the creation and continuation of an extremely successful recruitment business.
