Toby Bailey joined Odgers in September 2006 as an Associate on the Global Equities Desk. He joined the firm from another leading search firm covering the same sector. Toby was previously at Deutsche Bank where he worked within the Prime Brokerage Global Equities Operations Team; specializing in the US, Canadian and Latin American Markets.
Before moving into the City Toby was employed for ten seasons as a professional cricketer for Northamptonshire County Cricket Club. Toby graduated with a degree in Politics from Loughborough University.
