At the highest level, the challenge and opportunity at CTI will be to lead, manage and grow CTI by driving the Strategic Business Plan to deliver a truly Global, continuously Profitable, positively Vibrant and Effective organization that meets the needs of our Customers, Staff and Shareholders.
This will mean that not only will there be an increase in the efficiency and effectiveness of our existing Staff, Projects and Partnerships but there must also be an increase existing Revenue and Income as well as the exploration of untapped Resources, Partnerships and Market opportunities – with special focus to globalize CTI within its industry – particularly in Latin America, Europe, Middle East and Africa in the first instance.
