I used to be a film director/producer making documentaries for British and international televisions. The river of life has taken me home. I am now a Mindfulness trainer and coach.
I work with organizations and individuals who want to reduce stress, improve work performance and gain greater satisfaction in work and life.
Mindfulness is an ancient practice found in Eastern philosophies such as Buddhism, Taoism and Yoga. It has recently been taken on wholeheartedly by the West as it has been scientifically proven one of the most effective tools for healing and well-being.
Mindfulness has been adapted into well-researched, secular programmes such as Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), and Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT). MBCT has achieved the gold standard of evidence in the UK, namely the recommendation by the National Institute of Clinical Excellence (NICE).
I provide Mindfulness-based coaching for one-to-one sessions and workshops for groups and companies. My interactive Mindfulness programme blends features of Western psychotherapies with the Mindfulness techniques of Buddhism.
