I started STERLING5 Partners in 2009 to help engineering organisations improve their productivity & profitability through their human resources. I now work with Clients of all sizes within and outside the UK. I am also a Recruitment Partners at BUZZ Recruitment; where I help developing a specific recruitment area for the agency. In addition, I am very committed within the engineering community; I joined the IET when I was a student, now as a committee member in Oxford, I help coordinating events for the local network.

After gaining valuable experience about process improvement in the paper industry, I became very interested in efficiency improvement and increase of profitability, but this time looking into the human resource at the heart of the process.
I started STERLING5 Partners in 2009 offering recruitment consultancy and headhunting for engineers, I now work with Clients of all sizes within and outside the UK.
We provide headhunting services for engineers, with an emphasis on team coherence and on the organisation’s goals.
