2008 - 2010I took on the role as a receptionist where I gained a high level of responsibility, by completing a range of reports, bookings, dealing with complaints, providing guests with a warm friendly welcome.
Also I work within the bar area where I learn how to make various variety of drinks and I have developed a better understanding of the history and procedures on how to make specific drinks.
At William Hill Telebetting my responsibility is to take bets via the phone. I have learned how to interact with people over the phone, how to personalise calls according to each client, how to navigate the system, what types of bets there are and how they are used and calculated, and how important it is to work as a team.
