LSA Search is a UK based search firm specialising in Pan European recruitment within the IT and mobility sectors.

Hands on management responsibility of the EMEA telesales, support sales & telemarketing teams. Active member of the sales management board. The role involved setting the team up from scratch and working very closely with the local country sales teams.

Initally managed a team of pan-European services sales people & then moved to managed the UK/Ireland commercial named accounts internal sales team.
