Well, I am quite happy with what I have achieved so far, I was The Operations Manager of a 3 stars Hotel by the age of 25 before having my first child and that was my target! I love the hospitality business in all its aspects BUT I have to say that with 3 children under the age of 5 and living abroad away from our families this has become more than a challenge. I am ambitious but not completly insane so I'd rather take a break from My career before it gets out of control...

I will not stay at home doing "nothing" as you could imagine I have found myself a new "hobby" that could turn into a new career as I already know that working with children can be very rewarding, I am a mum of 3 remember! For those thinking that I am becoming a childminder forget it! This will be much more fun as I will be teaching french to 3 to 11 years old as an extra curriculum activity with "La Jolie Ronde"!

Some says that you are always coming back to your first love, I certainly will, once I will be done with this new project!
I hope that everyone could do the same, see an opportunity and catch it!
