Graduate of Bristol University, Masters degree Msc in International Relations.
Prior to the Msc, graduated at the university of Aix en Provence, BA English and History.
2003 - 2006- Existing products: define strategy, positioning, product briefs, creation of distribution lists, organisation and execution of events (major exhibitions such as “Expolangues 2005”); product development such as the Disney-Longman partnership.
- Promotional activities: teasers, coupons, mail lists; advertising in professional catalogues, websites and journals for target audience.
- Define marketing plans, strategy, positioning, target market and key messages for launch of new products.
- Market analysis and monitoring of competition.
- Ability to understand technical products and develop clear benefits and positioning to communicate to users
- Account management throughout Eastern France: setting up new accounts, negotiation and decision making on pricing and credit limits; monitoring client satisfaction.

2002 - 2003- Corporate Social Responsibility: developing Nestlé’s sponsorship of La Croix Rouge and Le Samu Social in Paris: written and oral reports; creation and overseeing of “la charte du mécénat Nestle France” describing Nestlé’s CSR policy in France; development of new patronage projects (mainly artistic projects); budget management (400K€); managing relationships with a broad variety of individuals.
- Communications: design of communications material: annual institutional brochure “Nestlé en France, Good food good life”; working closely with advertising agencies; managed the launch of a campaign to promote healthier diets in France in collaboration with the Government Development Agency.
- Media relations: organisation of interviews between journalists and directors; preparation of interview briefs for Nestlé’s spokespeople; briefs to external PR agencies
