Just now being a training officer allow me to be one part of the big picture. The way i am helping is by training and explaining some communication and hospitality skills, this will help to build the confidence. It is a fantastic time and a challenge. Meeting people from different culture and countries is so interresting and help to understand the attitude. I love to meet new people, and learn new languages.
