Role: Awareness raising/ implementation of the public timber procurement policy and support to international forestry projects.
-Development and implementation of an awareness campaign for the step change timber procurement policy in the UK
- Coordination of a joint engagement programme with Local Authorities (Government, WWF-UK and the Timber Trade Federation) on sustainable timber procurement
- Delivery of workshops/ training/presentations for the public and the private sectors
- Support to bilateral programmes on sustainable development (India, Brazil, Mexico, China and South Africa) and international forestry projects.

NB:WRAP is a company set-up and financed by the British Governement. Its aim is to meet the target established by the Landfill Directive. The Organics team focuses on the promotion of compost and Anaerobic Digestate in the agricultural, and the horticultural and landscaping sectors.
