17 years experience, most of which spent in the food films and plastics manufacturing industry (UK, France and Belgium), managing new product and process development projects and improving operational performance. Managed local and international technical teams and worked on short term consultancy projects driving through lean initiatives. In more recent years I have moved into Continuous Improvement, mainly facilitating change using lean-sigma tools with an equal emphasis on engagement and sustainability.
