Financial achievements where I had direct impact: Through out 2007 efficiency (measured as Revenue per Analytical resource) grew by 50%, while average cost per employee declined by 17% given the reliance on comparatively more junior resources.
My role as Head of Client Solutions EMEA involves:
• Building up the team capabilities mostly by growing internal team organically and incorporating external talent.
• Overseeing the analytical design, deployment and management of the EMEA group risk management solutions, as well as the quality and processes for solutions implemented with our EMEA Clients. Act as most senior European analytical interlocutor for Risk Solutions clients.
• Contributing extensively in origination with prospects clients. Reviewing and approving the analytical integrity and appropriateness of key European risk management proposals submitted to our clients.
Also acted as interim Co-Head of the Risk Solution for EMEA (from January through July 2008).
2004 - 2006• Most senior consultant of the team. Lead and project manage the designing and implementation of credit risk management solutions to top tier international financial institutions located around the world.
• Instrumental in business development and in the development of Risk Solution franchise in the European region and globally (Asia). Member of the EMEA Management team, deputy analytical head.
1996 - 2004Evolved from Associate to Director:
• Lead Corporate and Project Finance analyst for Top-tier Latin American companies (Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Mexico, Peru, Colombia); and main contact for the underlying corporate analysis for international institutional investors regarding Asset Back and Future Flow securitizations.
• Main go-to person for local and international press by means of interviews about ratings and sectors’ analyses. Produced frequent contributions in international publications on the region’s sector trends and companies’ credit profiles (internal & external), and engage extensively in public speaking.
• Sectors covered: Consumer Products, Metal & Mining, Forestry, Shipping and Project Finance.
1994 - 1996• Research reports and recommendations on stock trading, and responsible for market weekly reports to be distributed among Argentine institutional and private investors. Investment advisory to local institutional investors.
