Engineer in charge of internal trades on the Broomfield Hospital PFI project (200 M£).
• In charge of tender, procurement and subcontractors management for ceiling (1£M) and floor packages (1.6 M£).
• In charge of the coordination all trades on half of the building (18,000 sqm)
• Implementation, development and training of new users of a computing tool (Observer) to enhance the monitoring of the quality and the interfaces between the different trades.
• Management of a team of three to implement the desnagging process and to hand over the building to the Client.
