I have worked within the UK Recruitment Industry for the past 14 years, initially working for a consultancy that specialized in placing contract skilled engineering staff.

I have been Operations Director for the past decade for a West Midlands Recruitment Network with high street industrial and engineering branches and a smaller Executive and Technical Division.

Currently establishing UK's first trade only, Recruiters Multipost Platform ( www.recruitersite.co.uk ) went live October 2009 and looks set to shake up the way sme's recruiters currently advertise!
