I am now looking at adjusting my work life to fit my family life - hopefully a better quality.
I am looking at developing my skills and experience and am open to new challenges.

I possess excellent leadership, development and motivational skills and am an untiring, influential mentor who wholeheartedly works methodically for both my team and my colleagues. Whilst I am a committed and enthusiastic team player with both the personal and professional attributes needed to succeed in the most challenging of circumstances; I relish the opportunity to work individually when required.
