Sandra is an enthusiastic, motivated, approachable training consultant, with successful involvement in many large training programmes for government and corporate organisations.
With extensive experience of organisation-specific training programmes, a series of successful consultancy assignments, Sandra brings a wide range of knowledge, skills and experience to bear on any training initiative.

Sandra has over 20 years experience of developing and delivering large training programmes and consultancy in a variety of different PC Applications and Bespoke Software. Sandra has a Diploma in NLP accredited by INLPTA. She is currently studying part-time for a Diploma in Life Coaching with The Life Coaching Institute and the PRINCE2 Foundation.
- Delivered training on: Bespoke Pharmaceutical system for Sales Representatives; Enterprise-Wide Customer Management System ECMS. Bespoke government applications: Customer Service System CSS for local council. Document Management System development and delivery of training for the Office of e-Envoy (Cabinet Office). Bespoke applications: within Lotus Notes:- Customer Service Requisitions, Ad-lib, Interact Contact Management System and Directory Service system. Training Bespoke TRS Payroll system through Citrix environment for Accenture over the telephone. KVS Enterprise Vault to replace Outlook archive pst files in outlook for Investment Bank.
- Delivery of National Programme for IT (NPfIT):- Choose and Book, integration with EMIS LV, EMIS PCS, SystmOne & Vision, NHSMail, Information Governance IG, IM&T DES, PRIMIS+, MIQUEST, QUEST Interpreter for (NHS) Healthcare Industry.
- Training delivery a mixture of 1-to-1 and Classroom based training, support roles Floor walking, Desk side support for desktop and laptop end users, and 1st Line Technical Support. Setup of Blackberry hand-held devices after email migration.
- Virtual Tutor (Remote on-line tutor) for CPS and training over the telephone.
- Migration Training and Presentations on new software features to large groups of people.
- Installing software and hardware, designing training room layout, unpacking and setting up PCs's & printers connecting to a server and hub to create a training network.
- Development of Training Needs Analysis to assess end users, prior to training.
