- Within the Marketing & Client Services team, provide a service of high quality to clients and prospects: support clients invested in Funds (mostly institutional clients), respond to inquiries on a wide variety of topics including product specific information, guide investors through the subscription and redemption process...
- Establish, maintain and strengthen relationships with institutional clients, prospects, consultants, working closely with LGM investment, performance reporting, operation and compliance teams as well as with external service providers (Fund Administrators, Lawyers) to service them, acting as a coordinator between these interlocutors.
- Produce and distribute marketing materials to actively promote Lloyd George Management’s products and give update to current investors: prepare factsheets and peer group comparison analysis, fill in requests for proposals (RFPs), update various databases, maintain the website.
- Involve in the investigation of new business opportunities and in the launch of new products: drafted the Prospectus of the LG Frontier Markets Fund to be launched later this year, analysed the rationale of a launch of an African Equities Fund, currently working on the launch of the GEM strategy in a US and a Canadian Fund structure.
- Follow the development of the regulatory framework in the UK and in key overseas fund jurisdictions: took part in the discussions regarding our funds’ application to the UK Reporting Fund Status, involved in the steps to make sure we are compliant with UCITS4.

- Collected, set up and updated performance returns for over 500 indexes and 150 sub-advised mutual funds, using a variety of sources such as FactSet and Bloomberg.
- Maintained and published daily discrepancy report detailing NAV performance vs. Wellington's performance. Coordinated with client administration to reconcile monthly discrepancies.
- Rebalanced equity benchmark models on a weekly and monthly basis. Examples: CAC40, Nikkei 225
- Contributed to the monthly benchmark audit process by searching internal and external sources of discrepancies.

- Audited an industrial company, analyzed and validated the scope of non-consolidated entities within a merger and acquisition.
