I took the opportunity to start supplying the software sector I know well with a quality staffing solution as a headhunter for senior commercial positions on a Pan-European basis in 2000.

I attribute my success to hard work, integrity, strong commercial judgement and high personal motivation.

Working with a former co-worker I decided to start my own business specialising in the recruitment of sales people across Europe to the IT marketplace. Having fostered strong relations with former clients and by bringing on new business we achieved a profitable and sustainable business within 3 months. The role I carried out mirrored very closely the function I previously fulfilled at ECI but with the added responsibility of the day-to-day running of the business.
