• Leading an 18-man/month programme to audit existing BSS systems and create a strategy for transforming/consolidating numerous systems covering their IP, Fixed Wire and Mobile lines of business, delivered over a new NGN infrastructure.
• Remit subsequently widened to transformation of the entire OSS/BSS architecture, including international subsidiaries in Mobile, Fixed and ISP – objective: to create a harmonised Group technology roadmap.

• Built and delivered the launch of Jeans for Genes US in 3 months, including local presence, e-shop, merchandising and local fulfilment

• Created the recovery strategy for a failing project, within a flawed financial governance renewal programme for DEFRA, based on Oracle 11i. Taking interim control of the turn-around strategy for the Project until a permanent owner was in place, liasing with multiple teams, departments and reporting lines. Ensuring compliance with Prince II and OGC.

• Designed and implemented a rescue strategy to deliver a new financial system for the Malawi Government, on behalf of the World Bank, as part of a $12.6m IT programme.
• The project had stalled after over 3 years of little progress and was already $millions over budget. The solution was redesigned, re-implemented and operational after just 9 months.
