-Handling Guest Complaints and queries.

2004 - 2006• The Late Check- INS and Early Check –outs for the day.
• Producing the entire special Request for the coming day.
•Making sure that the Tariff charged for each day is correct.
•Daily closure of the system.
•Processing the Reconciliations on a day to day basis for F&B and Reception.
•Daily Balancing of the Figures for the F&b and Reception Department and producing the Statistics.
•Daily overall banking for the Hotel.
•Ensuring that there is safety maintained at all times.
•Following the Fire Safety Measures in case of Fire Alarm.
•Using the Reservation booking system in the hotel to verify all the Booking (Tars)
•Covering the Night Manager and assisting whenever required.
Responsible for the night as there is no Night Manager.
-Monitoring Staff Trainings for Night & Day Reception.
-Making Rotas & Organising Staff Reviews.
-Handling the guest complaints and queries.
- In case of any accidents in the hotel making sure that the Accident report is made.
-Making sure the guest have a pleasant stay during the night.
- Handling a team of 4 while on duty
2000 - 2001•Supervision and Training of the Staff.
• Assisting the Front office Manager in the Day to day activities.
•Ensuring the Daily Check in & Check out run smoothly.
•Covering the Duty Manager Shifts on weekends.
•Covering the Reservations department on the weekends
•Selling of the different Packages and Tours for the weekends.
