An internationally experienced corporate and commercial lawyer, with a strong bias toward and interest in innovation law, employment, civil /commercial litigation, commercial contracts, transactional banking and corporate finance. A lawyer with a versatile skill set comprising both contentious and non-contentious experience. Having previously qualified as an Advocate (Barrister) in South Africa, gained quality experience of litigation in a comparative jurisdiction with similar commercial and banking practices. The previous experience was augmented by experience in a European jurisdiction in the fields of commercial contracts, banking, finance and corporate matters (mergers and acquisitions). Cross-qualified as a solicitor in England and Wales.
