2011 - 2012Currently working as part of the Communications team at Viadeo. We are an international team responsible for a diverse range of Viadeo communications from social channels to offline events, monitoring, insights, research and publishing.
I manage our social media activity from strategy, planning + execution right the way through to reporting and monitoring.
2010 - 2011I sourced and worked with the graduate recruitment teams from a wide range of blue chip employers. I initially researched and found employers to partner with - and then worked with them to help them ensure they have the widest possible recruitment practices and to support them during the recruitment of students and graduates with disabilities.
In addition to this I was responsible for establishing relevant channel partnerships and engaging other stakeholders within graduate recruitment and talent development. This included marketing agencies and contacts within the HE and disability arena.
Finally, I project managed the programme's marketing strategy across online/digital and print.
My clients included BSkyB, KPMG, Barclays Wealth, Ernst + Young, Slaughter & May and K+L Gates.
The Employer and Graduate Services programme, now closed, focused on facilitating the entry of high calibre graduates with disabilities, into appropriate employment opportunities, via internships, vacation placements, graduate and other hire programmes.
2008 - 2010Sole provider of administrative and operational support to three directors and four consultants at a boutique communications search and selection agency.
• General office administration – management of temporary staff/interns, meeting and greeting clients/candidates, proofing and writing copy for adverts/marketing materials, extensive diary management and being a general point of contact for all external queries.
• Financial support including control of the budget, knowledge of basic accountancy/financial reports, report writing and acting as both credit control and accounts payable.
• Company event planning and project management
• Registering all candidates and maintaining contacts on the company database.
• Ad hoc projects, including managing the sublet of two company rooms.

2006 - 2008Provision of administrative support to both accounts, five key account managers and the sales support team.
• Main day to day point of contact for both accounts, involving contact across all levels of business from Senior Buyer to Marketing and through to Logistics.
• Development and maintenance of sales reports to produce key trade sales information as well as inputting sales figures into the database and carrying out financial analysis.
• Creation and project management of quarterly presentations to key trade accounts.
• Production of marketing materials for monthly meetings through liaison with marketing.
• Active participant on internal committees providing recommendations and feedback to editorial.
2003 - 2006Provision of administrative support to Sales Manager and territories (Latin America, Caribbean, Taiwan, Japan + Korea)
• Sold special printings and managed whole process from print order to delivery via direct shipments to overseas customers.
• Organised/project managed international travel arrangements for Sales Manager.
• Dealt with client queries such as refunds, orders, discounts etc.
• Processed invoices and chased debtors.
• Created special interest marketing materials and sales packs.
• Provided feedback on new titles .
• Managed brand-name character launch process for relevant customers and development of embargo database.
