Mrs Grassi is an ambitious and focused leader, with extensive international experience, with proven and lasting results within a broad range of industrial solutions, project sales and service.

During long term employments prior NTT Group challenge, she developed, planned and executed a number of successful change projects, all of which has contributed significantly to the growth and profitability of those Companies.

During current employment with NTT Carbon Fiber Group, Mrs Grassi implemented a strict excellence based strategy while developing business using an easy understanding of complex concepts and problems, and converting analysis, solutions and ideas into logical and durable strategies.
