• Running the daily support role of about 250 end stations on a campus network
• Consulting on planning, designing and implementing the new network
• Directing the removal of old cabling-systems media and the installation and testing of new media
• Installing network-device hardware (switches, routers, wireless access points, network servers) in TR racks and doing hardware-diagnostic tests to confirm proper installation.
2003 - 2007• Network planning ( IP address, network topology, subnetting and Network Address Translation) and installation
• Configuring usernames and password on routers and switches for security, implementing HTTPs for secure access
• Installing network-device hardware (switches, routers, wireless access points, network servers) in TR racks and doing hardware-diagnostic tests to confirm proper installation.
• Configuring Virtual LAN (VLAN) for management, employees and IT department and used Router on a stick for communication, then implementing ACLs for security and restrictions
• Configuring Wireless LAN using Cisco Aironet, Linksys and NETGEAR Wireless Access Point
• Providing management with accurate records of installation and repair work for billing and reports.
• Providing feedback to customer about repairs performed as per work-order request (nature of problem, corrective action taken).
