Clairmail's customers include 8 of the top 12 North American banks which run Clairmail's mobile payments platform. Over 400 million mobile banking and fraud alerting transactions have been conducted to date by millions of customers.
Clairmail software realises the strategic potential of the mobile channel, driving new levels of customer trust and loyalty, creating revenue-generating opportunities and enabling near-term, measurable cost savings. Banks, processors and payment schemes now have an opportunity to reach 100% of their customer base and deliver personalised content through two-way actionable and conversational alerting. Clairmail's platform also offers multi-channel enrolment options to maximise mobile adoption and return on investment, regardless of mobile device, carrier or back-end financial system. Founded in 2004, Clairmail is headquartered in San Rafael, California.
Clairmail offers a wide range of mobile services including an Actionable Fraud Alerting platform which allows details of potentially fraudulent transactions to be sent directly to the account holder's mobile phone, and allows the account holder to respond immediately via the mobile to confirm the transactions as fraudulent or genuine. This not only minimises inconvenience for customers (who avoid the time and expense of ringing the call centre to deal with fraud alerts), but also vastly reduces in-bound call centre costs, improves customer service and satisfaction, and creates fraud protection cross-sell opportunities.
