I am the Director of Digital Strategy at Origin Creative Design, having founded Manchester's first social media agency, gabba, in 2009.

I am a successful results-driven marketer of over 17 years, the last 7 of which have focused on social-centric digital communications.

I am a strong creative thinker and strategist, capable of translating complex ideas into effective, measurable campaigns taken from over 6 years practical experience in delivering successful social-centric campaigns both in the UK and across Europe.

What really makes me buzz though is exploring how the internet is changing all our behaviours' and how as marketers and brands, we need to re-think everything we know and do to responde this shift.

My blog, blendingthemix.com has been in the Ad Age Top 150 for over 3 years and has been shortlisted for numerous computerweekly and BIMA awards. I am also a columnist for the well respected marketing publications The Drum (UK), Social Media Today and MarketingProfs.

In my time I have provided strategic insights, and developed and implemented social media strategies in the UK and across Europe for some of the world's biggest brands such as Dyson, Lexus, Microsoft and Durex, Scholl, The NHS and many UK Police Forces.
