My normal duties included:
• Taking responsibility for, and ownership of projects.
• Maintaining Projects within budget and maintaining agreed margins.
• Input all costs to the projects via a contract management system
• Arranging all equipment and resources for the project.
• Dealing with the customer/clients and briefing the account handler at every opportunity.
• Managing/Directing all crew on site.
• Visiting customers/clients, identifying costs and quoting projects as necessary.
• Liaising closely with all internal departments.
• Providing specialist knowledge to other project managers, promoting teamwork within the department
