With a policy of successful motivating, training and recruiting salespeople the branch became the highest performing branch in the UK within two years and then worldwide the following year. We stayed in that position until I left the company to set up my own business.

The most rewarding part of the job was that many of the salespeople I had trained and recruited became managers of other branches within the organisation and many are now very successful directors in other organisations. (Not all down to me but I believe I have the skill of identifying potential and then helping people achieve it!)
