Axis Corporate is a boutique management consulting firm. With different branches in three continents (Europe, Americas and Asia). My role is senior consultant for efficiency improvement and operational strategy projects. My main tasks were analyzing different processes, requirement analysis, time measurement and organizing different meetings with relevant stakeholders during the first half of the project. From that moment on, the task consist on implementing improvements detected on the previous step based on basic levers such as technology, organizational chart, processes and training. I held this role as a stand alone position, reporting directly to managers and partners. My main client has been:

* SANTANDER UK is the third largest bank in the UK in terms of deposits, the second largest in terms of mortgages held, and the fourth largest in terms of branches operated.

Experienced senior consultant and auditor at Financial Services Industry. For the first two years I worked as external auditor mainly focused on ABS (Asset Backed Securities), mortgages, derivatives and financial instruments. I mainly worked in compliance with Spanish GAAP, but I have done reporting in accordance with IFRS39 and FAS133. Moreover, I did some work related with Sarbanes-Oxley consulting (SOX). From then on, I was part of Risk Management department, dealing with economic capital calculations, Basel II Accord and firm-wide risk reporting. My main clients have been:

• Santander Group (secutised assets audit, leasing and mortgage audit, Basel consulting)
• BBVA (financial derivarives audit, Sarbanes-Oxley consulting)
• Popular Group (risk management scorecard development)

Internal and external communication and management in order to develop the different projects.

Assistant to the Computer Science teacher: correcting papers developed by students and resolving doubts.
