Subsea Pipeline and Piping Engineer with good educational background in mechanical, piping, offshore, subsea and pipeline engineering and broad experience in offshore and onshore facilities, pipelines and piping systems concept development, engineering design, construction and project management for oil and gas field development.
Qualifications are MSc in Offshore and Ocean Technology and Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering.
Technical and Project management experience are in conceptual and engineering studies, Front end engineering design (FEED), detail design and construction for greenfield and brownfield oil and gas field development projects.
Key competencies in Subsea Pipeline engineering involving calculation and analysis of pipeline wall thickness, on-bottom stability, free span, thermal expansion, pipe stress and buckling using MathCad and finite element tools. Furthermore, highly proficient in pipeline installation, abandonment and recovery analysis using OFFPIPE software. In addition, has experience in pipeline route selection, review of alignment sheets, design of pipeline layout drawings, developing material specifications/datasheets and design of subsea tie-in spools and jumpers.
Specialist Piping knowledge and skills in design of process flow diagrams (PFD) and piping and instrumentation diagrams (P&IDs). Furthermore, proficient in modeling and pipe stress analysis for static and dynamic structural response. In addition, highly skilled in design of piping general arrangement drawings, isometrics, pipe support details, equipment location plan and as-built drawings.
Highly experienced in preparing of material take-off for procurement, developing fabrication, installation and testing procedures and has extensive involvement in offshore survey, site inspection, construction and operation activities.
Computing skills include extensive use of softwares like Microsoft office, AutoPipe for pipe stress analysis, MathCad for calculations, AutoCad for drawings, SAGE Profile for pipeline design, OFFPIPE for pipelay analysis, Plus-One and PDMS

• Liaising and interfacing with the relevant disciplines and contractors to ensure conformance of project deliverables to the organization’s quality procedures and standards.
