I have always been motivated by the adventure of life and my earliest memories were of becoming an astronaut. I didn't quite get there and managed to become a R.A.F. navigator after leaving an aeronautical degree course in 1986.
The 4 years of military life gave me some fundamental lifeskills that have come in so useful today- resilience; discipline, leadership skills to name but a few.
In 1992 I left the R.A.F. and started my career as a police officer in the Met. The next 13 years built on my previous desire for adventure and I went back into flying by joining the air support unit- the police helicopter unit. This was an incredible time where I honed my leadership and coaching skills for what was to become the turning point in my life.
I transferred to the Met's training department and realised my potential as a business owner while going through the next 4 years of self discovery and personal development.
In 2005 I left the J.O.B. culture and embarked in running my own business from home. This is what I now do and it is the most amazing way ti live. I am at my healthiest and happiest and cannot wait to get up each morning and talk with people to see how I can change their lives.
I enjoy my family life with my wife and two kids and still do the occasional coaching. I volunteer in schools projects and love giving advice and motivation to others.
I no longer look forward to weekends as every day is a brilliant day!
