A1 Positive Recycling, our first operation, was established in March 1997 by Neil Wintrip in Exeter, Devon. We use acclaimed tools, such as Eurosoft's Test and Diagnostic Solutions which are widespread throughout the IT industry for all aspects of the PC life cycle. PC-Check is the hardware "testers" choice for DOS-style, core diagnostic software.
A1 Positive Recycling Project have just launched a new recruitment campaign Called A1's Volunteer2Work.
The new scheme aim's to give unemployed people skills over a 6 months period. The volunteer to Work Scheme will role out in early to mid November 2009 To get involved you will need to complete an online application and sign up to this new scheme by Calling: 01392 20 27 79 for details.

Waste, Electrical, Electronic Equipment Directive [WEEE]
The above Directive was brought into force in the UK on the 13 August 2004. It aims to reduce the waste arising from electrical and electronic equipment and improve the environment. All Business/organisation now have recieve a Duty of Care controlled waste transfer note to prove where their waste has gone.

1997 - 2040Hello my name is Neil, and I'm the founding father of A1 Positive Recycling Project that was known as PC's R US UK from 1997 to 2003 and then became a social enterprise in 2005 A1 are looking to start a new pilot scheme in Exeter, Please find information of this new Scheme below. I'm proposing to set up an IT Recycling & Training Project in Exeter.
I have been working on this project for some and I'm now looking to work in partnership with local & national organisation's starting with Exeter in Devon. I'm looking to gain practical-hands-on-help & support as I suffer with Dyslexia & found no-practical-hands-on-help in Exeter or Devon.
This is why me & my friend set up A1 Positive Recycling Project to help others who suffer with Dyslexia and feel discriminated against through their learning difficulties in Exeter & Devon.
A1 Positive are set up to tackle this problem head on and we are asking for your help to work with A1 Positive Recycling to launch this new educational scheme for Exeter & Devon.
The Pilot Project will be called A1's Volunteer2Work scheme A1 will offer the 1st 20 candidates a chance to win an interview after completing the A1 application form.
