Neil Morbey

Senior Landscape Architect, leading on many different projects including large scale housing developments such as Newcastle Great Park, urban design of Sunderland City Centre and Newcastle libraries. I have been heavily involved of every aspect of the business including project management, fee proposals, client liason, conceptual design and detail design.

I’m a lively, friendly and confidant employee with an excellent record of reliability and hard work. I enjoy working closely with colleagues, consultants and clients. I am self-motivated to learn through experience and improve the quality and efficiency of my work.

I’m passionate about sustainability in landscape architecture and have an insatiable curiosity to experiment and create. My professional interests lie in the conceptual design of spaces, residential landscape architecture, recreational park design and detailed urban design.

Neil has collaborated with multiple disciplines and worked closely with Architects, Civil engineers and Planners to develop masterplans for wide range of projects. Neil has been involved at projects from early conceptual stages right through to construction drawings.

Colour Impressions and 3D Modelling
Neil has prepared several 3D modelling and Sketch Designs for presentation, bids and consideration of local authorities. He has provided photoshop, hand drawn and 3D graphics in conjunction with verbal presentations for the consideration of clients and local authorities.
