I've been working as a training consultant to large private and public sector organisations for over 20 years.
During this time, we have built a successful management training consultancy with an annual turnover exceeding £1m.
I consequently have a broad range of business management experience and skills: Financial, IT, HR, business development & client management, project management, team management.
I also have a stake in The Climbing Academy, a bouldering wall now well established in Bristol.
I am active in the non-profit sector, predominately as Chair of Trustees for a local charity, and I'm a freelance Expedition Leader for charity challenges overseas. I am a Custody Visitor at our inner city police stations, support a small local artists collective, and run a popular local website for the running community.
