Opportunity Now is a membership organisation for employers who are committed to creating an inclusive workplace for women, supporting their potential to be as economically active as men. It works to build and communicate the business case for this, to share and inspire best practice and to give employers and their people the tools to drive change. It works with over 350 of the UK's largest employers in the Private, Public and Education Sectors. Opportunity Now is part of Business in the Community and a registered charity.

The events programme is a key element of how Opportunity Now communicates with members and puts them in touch with each other. It covers small, focused roundtable sessions through to full day specialist conferences and the annual awards dinner.

As Events Administrator I co-ordinate regional and sectoral events and provide support for the national events programme and the annual awards process and dinner.
